ospais brings all of that together in one place: conversations, calls, parental responsibilities, schedule, expenses and a diary. All of it dated, all of it yours.
This didn't start out as a product. It started because I needed it.
When a separation goes badly, a problem nobody warns you about turns up: everything that matters is scattered. The messages on your phone, the calls on the operator's bill, the weekend handovers in each person's head, the children's expenses on receipts inside your wallet. When you have to explain anything at all — to a lawyer, to a judge, or just to the other person — there is nothing to get hold of.
I built this for myself, and I came to see that the useful part was not storing things: it was cross-referencing them. Knowing who the children were with at that hour puts a missed call in a different light. An expense tied to the start of the school term explains itself. A conversation exported with the date and the fingerprint of the original file stands as a serious record, not as a screenshot.
The obvious escapes us until we stop and look at it properly. If you are going through this, you probably recognise the problem better than any description I could write here.

What it does
Conversations
Import your WhatsApp exports along with the attachments. Everything becomes searchable, next to the calls, with edited and deleted messages flagged, and the original file sealed.
Calls and SMS
Import the records from your operator (CSV). You see who called whom, when and for how long, next to everything else.
Responsibilities
Week on, week off, with the handover time. Changes and periods are recorded, and each day shows who the children were with.
Schedule and reminders
School and activity timetables, reminders, school holidays and public holidays. It alerts you on your phone in time to leave the house.
Expenses
It reads the QR code on receipts, imports the e-fatura CSV and splits invoices that lump different things together. You always know how much is owed to you.
Diary and evidence
The day-to-day record, with photographs, audio, location and links to everything else. This is what you later hand over, organised.

Giving access without opening everything
You can invite whoever you need: another family member, a mediator, your lawyer. Each person sees only what you give them: one section, a set of conversations, or limited access — only certain numbers, within a date range, and even with a maximum call length.

Before you decide
This app records what you already have: your conversations, your call logs, your expenses. It does not access anyone's phone, it does not track other people and it does not collect anything in secret.
Nor do we tell you that this "holds up in court": what holds up and what doesn't is for the court to decide. What we do is keep things dated, with the original file intact and with a log of everything that was done — which is what makes a record a serious one.
